This recently renovated house is 3000 square feet with a great room and spacious deck overlooking the water and sunsets. A separate TV/game room with gas fireplace is an ideal spot for family gatherings or rainy days. The house can comfortably accommodate two families. The surrounding area has minimal development with beautiful woods and wildlife. There is a private dock for swimming and boating.
Trickey Pond is a "fisherman's paradise" and is stocked with landlocked salmon and trout. The pond, a lake really, measures one and a half miles in length It was rated by the EPA as the cleanest in Maine.
It is a forty five minute drive to Portland for excellent restaurants, shopping and the ocean.
This is an ideal location for families to unwind, enjoy nature, and reconnect with each other.
